SWEEP WITH ENHANCED CCTV SURVEY REPORT

Using the latest in pan and tilt camera technology to see fully what is going on in the chimney. This is accompanied by a CCTV survey report which can be utilised by surveyors, estate agents or insurance companies.

NEST REMOVAL

Including standard sweep,  smoke evacuation check and issue of NACS Certificate. £175 

*Live nests are unable to be removed as they are protected under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981.

CALL OUT CHARGE

In circumstances where a chimney is not able to be sweep under the following conditions a £35 charge will apply:

a) Inaccessable chimney

b) No one home/forgotten appointment
